Elder Mortensen with 2 of Sister Carr's daughters in their yard. She has 11 children and these are two of the youngest. She has been inactive and decided to come back this year.
This is the church in Ocho Rios. We have been assigned to go there every other week. They are a small branch with a new Branch President who has only been a member for 2 years. It takes us about a hour to drive over there. We meet upstairs in this commercial building.
This is Sister Anderson on the left. She is the Relief Society President. Next is Sister Mortensen with Natalie Chandler and her mother. We were visiting them in their yard. Most of our visits are in the yard of the people. They rarely invite you inside their houses because many of the houses are so small.
This is Elder Mortensen with President Lester of the Ocho Rios Branch. We are walking to visit Sister Rose. She lives back in the jungle. She has cancer and these two Elders gave her a blessing. Her husband has left her but she remains positive. She knows the Lord will take care of her.

As always we love the pictures, our board is getting full, we'll have to just expand all over that wall, it will be fun! The boys just love to look at them all the time, they miss you. It sounds like you are fulfilling your callings in an amazing way, the people there are very blessed to have you! We love you lots!

Jo Raye and I think of you often. Brother WIlcox was back at the temple for the first time after his tragic accident. He took his daughter thru...most uplifting. Sounds like primary difficulty in your mission is lack of priesthood. Moroni 8:3 Nick. Hi Carlene, I recertified at the Temple this week with Sis whethers. Wonderful experience. Thank you for all your mentoring these past few years. You, Carl, and Pres. Hendricks continue to be in our prayers. Jorayej
